Availability and Consultations
I offer flexible scheduling, but my typical hours are Monday-Thursday 11am-6pm. My office is located in Del Mar, California, and I have both in-person and virtual appointments available.

Insurance Reimbursement
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill that you submit to your health insurance company for full or partial reimbursement. It is best to contact your insurer directly to determine your out of network benefits because each plan is different.
As the client, it is your responsibility to communicate with your health insurance provider to inquire about superbills and share required documents. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, your claim may be rejected by your health insurance. If you have any questions about superbills, please reach out!
Payments and Sliding Scale
My fees are $200/50 minute session or $300/80 minute session. You can pay for therapy services using a credit card, debit card, or health savings account (HSA) card. Payments are collected in full at the time of service.
To make therapy more accessible, I offer sliding scale rates to a limited number of clients. This means the cost of sessions can be adjusted based on your financial situation, like your income or other circumstances, to find a rate that feels manageable for you.
