Premarital counseling is ideal for dating or engaged couples who are wanting to lay a solid foundation for their future. Premarital counseling can be proactive and preventative, or it can support couples working through a significant rupture that occurred in their relationship. Partners learn strategies to strengthen communication, negotiate roles and expectations, manage conflict, navigate differences, and enhance connection.
